A Tempur-Pedic cover is not one product. Some current models can go in a cold wash. Cloud and Adapt covers cannot. The sewn-in label decides before the zipper does.

Short answer: Read the care label on your exact cover. If it is a washable model, unzip it, wash cold, and dry cool or flat. If it is Cloud, Adapt, or any spot-clean-only label, keep the cover on and treat a small area. Never soak TEMPUR foam.
